Why won’t my Cube connect?

Verify Bluetooth is turned on in your phone's settings and that you are within Bluetooth range of the Cube. If the issue persists try signing out of your account and sign back in. Also try turning off the Bluetooth then restarting the phone and then turn the Bluetooth back on and try again. You can also try replacing the battery, Cube Original & Cube Pro.
