Change plan

To switch from (Monthly to Annual or Annual to Monthly), you first need to cancel the current subscription you have running using the following steps: Cancel Subscription. You can then immediately after, set up a new subscription with the desired plan and it will automatically follow the plan you have running so you will not experience any interruption in service.

Here are the steps to take.

1. Select the GPS tracker you would like to update.

2. Select the gear in the top right corner of the app.

3. Select subscription to open the window.
